Review this week's message.

Key Thought:

A simple invite can literally change a life!

Key Quote

“We are supposed to reproduce ourselves. We are supposed to share our faith!” –Pastor Bil Cornelius

Start talking. Find a conversation starter for your group.
  • If you were president for the day, what is the first thing you would do?
  • What’s your favorite amusement park?
  • If you could live in any fictional universe (i.e., Star Wars, Marvel, etc.) which would you choose?
  • Chick-fil-A or Popeyes?

Start thinking. Ask a thoughtful question.
  • How can inviting one person impact hundreds of people?
  • What would your community look like if everyone in the church was bringing a friend or family member each week?
  • How does inviting and bringing someone to church impact your spiritual growth?
  • Why does Jesus make such a big emphasis on reaching out to others?

Start sharing. Choose questions that create openness.
  • When was the last time you invited someone to church?
  • Who is one person that you could bring to church with you next weekend?
  • Why can inviting someone to church be scary?
  • How has your life changed because someone brought you to church?

Start praying. Be bold, and pray with power.

Dear Jesus, help us to live each and every day with intentionality to share your love. We want our church to grow because that means more people are coming to know you! In your name we pray, Amen.

Start doing. Commit to a step and live it out this week.
  • Start an invite challenge amongst your LifeGroup!
  • Take a few minutes and write out names of people who you know need to come to church. Ask someone to hold you accountable to inviting one person each week.
  • Pass out invite cards to people you come across at the store, drive-thru, the mall, etc.
  • Share Church Online and use social media to invite someone this weekend!
