Review this week's message.

Key Thought:

How do you deal with guilt?

Start talking. Find a conversation starter for your group.
  • What book are you reading right now?
  • What is your favorite fall treat?
  • Halloween or Thanksgiving? Explain your answer.

Start thinking. Ask a thoughtful question.
  • What stuck out to you from Sunday's message?
  • Sin creates guilt, guilt creates shame, shame creates pain… and the cycle continues. How can we break the cycle of sin and shame in our lives?

Start sharing. Choose questions that create openness.
  • Temporary loneliness is better than continued sin. Who do you need to distance yourself from to be free from past harmful habits?
  • At any point, we can change our habits to change our lives. Moving forward, what do you want to be known for? What changes do you need to make to achieve this goal?

Start praying. Be bold, and pray with power.

Lord, thank you for freeing me from the bondage on sin. Help me to forgive myself from my past mistakes and move forward into the purpose that you have for me. Amen.

Start doing. Commit to a step and live it out this week.

This week, be intentional about creating habits that move you forward. Discuss what these habits will be with your Lifegroup and check in next time you meet.
