Dear Jesus, show me the habits I need to form in my life as well as those I need to break. Help me to follow Daniel’s example of only being guilty of following You! In Your Name I pray, Amen.

• Find a leader successful in what you want to do and learn what they do consistently that helps them win.
• Create a new system to lead you to start building new healthy habits.
