Review this week's message.

Key Thought:

What would change in your life if you truly believed that rest is not weakness, but worship?

Key Quote

“The enemy has got us so caught up with the title man has given us that we have forgotten the name that God has given us.” - Pastor Zacc Young

Start talking. Find a conversation starter for your group.
  • What’s a childhood TV show or cartoon you secretly still love?
  • What’s one chore or responsibility you secretly wish someone else would always do for you?
  • What’s your ideal version of “rest”? A nap? A beach? A book? Something else?

Start thinking. Ask a thoughtful question.
  • What does the term “Sabbath” mean to you personally, and how do you think our culture views rest today?
  • In what ways do we confuse productivity with purpose?
  • Why do you think God modeled rest in creation if He never gets tired?

Start sharing. Choose questions that create openness.
  • When was the last time you truly felt rested—physically, emotionally, and spiritually? What made that possible?
  • If rest is a form of trust, what is one area where you need to trust God more and rest from striving?

Start doing. Commit to a step and live it out this week.
  • What would it look like for you to create space weekly to intentionally connect with God?
    • Choose one time slot this week—no matter how small—and block it off to intentionally be with God. Whether it's 10 minutes in the morning, a quiet lunch break, or a Sunday afternoon walk, treat it like an unmissable appointment. Write it down, set a reminder, and protect it.
