Review this week's message.

Key Thought:

How can you turn the burdens in your life into opportunities for prayer, action, and growth, just like Nehemiah did?

Key Quote

“The enemy will try to discourage you, distract you, and defeat you. But don’t let fear stop you from doing what God has called you to do. Keep building and keep fighting.” – Pastor Paul Zepeda

Start talking. Find a conversation starter for your group.
  • If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go and why?
  •  If you could combine any two animals to create the ultimate pet, what would it be and what would you name it?
  • If you oversaw rebuilding your city, what would be the first thing you’d fix or change?

Start thinking. Ask a thoughtful question.
  • What does Nehemiah's example teach us about how to respond to a burden?
  • When you’re facing a challenge, do you usually pray about it first, or do you tend to try solving it on your own? How can you change that approach to rely more on prayer?

Start sharing. Choose questions that create openness.
  • In what areas of your life have you allowed fear of failure or imperfection to prevent you from making a plan? How could embracing uncertainty and faith change the way you approach your next big step?
  • Reflecting on your community, who are the people who push you to grow, challenge you, and walk with you through difficult times? How can you intentionally build deeper, more supportive relationships in your community?

Start doing. Commit to a step and live it out this week.
  • What’s one area of your life that needs rebuilding?
    • Write it down and share your plan with someone so they can pray for you and support you
