Review this week's message.

Key Thought:

God has called you and I to make a difference!

Key Quote

“God’s not knocking you down. He’s teaching you how to get back up again.” Pastor Bil Cornelius

Start talking. Find a conversation starter for your group.
  • What’s your favorite game to play as a family?
  • If you could hang out with any celebrity for a day, who would you choose?
  • What internally motivates you to get out of bed every morning?
  • What comes to mind when you think of a triumph?

Start thinking. Ask a thoughtful question.
  • What are you learning in this season?
  • Where are some places that God sends us?
  • Why does Jesus send out the disciples in pairs? What is the benefit of having a partner?
  • What’s encouraging knowing Jesus’ authority goes before us everywhere we’re sent?

Start sharing. Choose questions that create openness.
  • Using this extra time, what things can you get done that God is calling you to do?
  • Who can you count on to remind you that you have been sent by God to do good works? How do they keep you going?
  • How can you start living more intentionally for God in your school or work?
  • How have LifeGroups helped you personally grow closer to God?

Start praying. Be bold, and pray with power.

Dear Jesus, thank you for the grace you displayed in your death, burial, and resurrection. We don’t deserve it, but you freely gave it to us. Build a fire within us to share that love with others leading up to our Easter services – and beyond. We truly want to take as many people to Heaven as we can before we die. Period. In your name we pray, Amen.

Start doing. Commit to a step and live it out this week.
  • Everyone needs someone to keep them accountable in their walk with Christ. If you don’t have that person that checks up on you daily or weekly, find someone in your LifeGroup to be that person, or make a few calls to people you trust to ask for that accountability.
  • Everybody is called to be an evangelist. In other words, every Christian is called to share their faith with others. With Easter coming up this weekend, invite someone who God has laid on your heart to join us Online.
  • Ask God to show you where you need to improve in your relationship with Him, create an action plan, then start doing it daily beginning today.
  • Start hosting social media watch parties for Church Unlimited online events, then invite everyone in your social media ‘friends’ lists.

As Jesus and the disciples approached Jerusalem, they came to the town of Bethphage on the Mount of Olives. Jesus sent two of them on ahead. Matthew 21:1 NLT

“Go into the village over there,” he said. “As soon as you enter it, you will see a donkey tied there, with its colt beside it. Untie them and bring them to me. If anyone asks what you are doing, just say, ‘The Lord needs them,’ and he will immediately let you take them.” Matthew 21:2-3 NLT

This took place to fulfill the prophecy that said, “Tell the people of Jerusalem, ‘Look, your King is coming to you. He is humble, riding on a donkey— riding on a donkey’s colt. ”The two disciples did as Jesus commanded. They brought the donkey and the colt to him and threw their garments over the colt, and he sat on it. Matthew 21:4-7 NLT

Rejoice, O people of Zion! Shout in triumph, O people of Jerusalem! Look, your king is coming to you. He is righteous and victorious, yet he is humble, riding on a donkey- riding on a donkey’s colt. Zechariah 9:9 NLT

A very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road, while others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. 9 The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted, “Hosanna to the Son of David!” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”]“Hosanna in the highest heaven!” When Jesus entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred and asked, “Who is this?” The crowds answered, “This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth in Galilee.” Matthew 21:8-11 NIV

But some of the Pharisees among the crowd said, “Teacher, rebuke your followers for saying things like that!” He replied, “If they kept quiet, the stones along the road would burst into cheers!” Luke 19:39-40 NLT
