Review this week's message.

Key Thought:

Today we are in a crisis of depression and unhappiness. People have become ineffective and listless.  The answer is to understand God can change us, but we must do our part first.

Start talking. Find a conversation starter for your group.
  • If you were the President, who would be your top 3 advisers?
  • If you could meet any Bible character, who would it be and why?
  • You're granted three wishes. What are they? (And you can't ask for more wishes.)

Start thinking. Ask a thoughtful question.
  • What stuck out to you from this weekend's message?
  • Do you have a person/people that you can be truly honest with about what's going on in your life?

Start sharing. Choose questions that create openness.

What area of your life do you need to ask God to “make a way” in?

Start praying. Be bold, and pray with power.

Jesus, help me to do my part in the work that's happening in my life. Thank you for always meeting me where I am and doing your part. Amen.

Start doing. Commit to a step and live it out this week.

If you aren't signed up to serve, do it this week! It will change your life.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10

..serve each other through love.  Galatians 5:13b

Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results. James 5:16

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.  What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.  Philippians 4:8-9

For I am about to do something new.  See, I have already begun! Do you not see it?  I will make a pathway through the wilderness.  I will create rivers in the dry wasteland...“ refuse to ask for my help.  Isaiah 43:19,21
