Review this week's message.

Key Thought:

God has given you gifts and abilities to ultimately use for his glory!

Key Quote

“God has an assignment for you to do here on earth!” –Pastor Bil Cornelius

Start talking. Find a conversation starter for your group.
  • What’s your favorite song right now?
  • What is your favorite pastime or hobby? What do you enjoy about it?
  • What is frustrating about a coworker not doing his or her job?
  • What’s the best job you’ve ever had?

Start thinking. Ask a thoughtful question.
  • How can God use our experiences to prepare us for what’s to come?
  • Why is thinking of your purpose as an assignment different and significant?
  • Pastor Bil said, “Everything you are good at doing came from God.” How does this view change how we should be using our gifts/talents?
  • How do you know where someone is gifted?

Start sharing. Choose questions that create openness.
  • How could you use your gifts to share the love of Christ with others?
  • What are some unique experiences that God has used to prepare you for later in life?
  • To 10x your results, where do you need instruction and disciple? What will you do next?
  • What is your assignment on this Earth that leverages your talents and passions?

Start praying. Be bold, and pray with power.

Dear Jesus, thank you for the gifts and abilities you’ve given us to bring you glory. Help us to identify and walk in what you’ve designed us to do. In your name we pray, Amen.

Start doing. Commit to a step and live it out this week.
  • Take time this week to ask God to reveal what giftings he’s placed in you.
  • After identifying those giftings, start using them to glorify God where you are.
  • Talk with someone about joining one of our serving teams at Church Unlimited!
  • Find a mentor who is successful in something you’re passionate about and learn from them to help 10x your life!
