When you sit down to write, don't try to force your words onto paper. Pray for God to help you in forming the right sentences that will be most effective in reaching others for Jesus. Let Him guide every word. When your story comes directly from God, that's when He can use you to make a direct impact in the lives of others.
...but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect. - 1 Peter 3:15 ESV
A. Your Life Before Christ
B. The Exact Moment You Met Jesus (When did you pray the salvation prayer?)
C. The Difference Jesus Has Made
When telling your story, it is important to be as clear and concise as possible. The shorter your story is, the more effective it will be! It can help to remember why you're telling your story: To take as many people to Heaven as we can before we die. Period. Keep your words centered around Jesus and how He has changed your life. Start simple. Think: "I was blind, but now I see". Then, expand from there!
